I’m doing my best to rotate the three main walks inside my 5 km limit so that I can keep a bit of variety. Sorely missing the beaches and lovely trails like Glenveagh that are out of bounds at present and almost all my time is spent on tarmac.
I walked the Carn Hill Knockybrin loop today with a couple of friends and it was beautiful as always. We met two other experienced hill walkers who are pining for the trails like ourselves!!
